The Cathedral Welcome Assistant is responsible for assisting the Volunteer and Visitor Coordinator in the management of visitors to the Cathedral. The Cathedral Welcome Assistant will be responsible for staffing the Welcome Desk which functions as a Reception and Information Point in the Cathedral.

The Cathedral Welcome Assistant is expected to be able to demonstrate excellence in customer service, and have the ability to manage a variety of tasks. The ability to deal with a busy and sometimes pressured environment, and the ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and respond with sensitivity is essential.

£12.49 per hour

Permanent, part-time (21 hours or 14 hours per week)
