History of Art Taster Day
Ever wondered what ‘History of Art’ is? Are you interested in history, and do you enjoy looking at images? Year 12 students from UK state schools are invited to join us at Christ Church, one of Oxford’s colleges, to explore what it means to be an Art Historian.
The day will include a variety of practical and academic sessions that will introduce you to the discipline of History of Art. You will get the opportunity to meet current students and explore one of Oxford’s oldest colleges.
The taster day will take place on Wednesday 19 February 2025, 10am–4pm
We welcome applications from any state school student currently studying in Year 12 or equivalent who has an interest in the subject and would like to find out more.
