As the Cathedral's Operations Manager, I lead, focus, manage and direct the resources of Christ Church Cathedral in delivering its day-to-day operations, in addition to contributing and shaping its future strategic development.
I focus in my role on managing the Cathedral’s operations, optimising productivity, generating income from events, allocating resources, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, nurturing a stakeholder-focused approach, fostering a collaborative culture, maintaining a safe environment, and practically supporting the Chapter in achieving its evolving vision and strategic goals.
I manage all aspects of the Cathedral’s operations including health and safety, staff, and events. I also produce/direct all of the Cathedral’s world-class broadcasts and recordings.
