Academic background

I studied Natural Sciences, Neuropharmacology and Neuroscience at the Universities of Cambridge, Oxford, New York, and North Carolina. 

Undergraduate teaching

I teach pre-clinical medicine.

Research interests

My research chiefly concerns the neuroscience underlying Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, drug addiction (particularly addiction to nicotine and cocaine), and other psychiatric illness.
